Probably the WORST Services department I have ever dealt with. With that being said, the girls that work in the service department are probably the only ones that know what they are doing and are great to deal with. However the want to be Service Manager/Advisor Alan has got to be the most INCOMPETENT person I have ever encountered. We have had nothing but problems since purchasing our 2023 vehicle and the amount of excuses this man comes up with to rectify the situation is astronomical. We’ve had a really frustrating experience trying to return our lease. The customer service has been extremely poor, and there seems to be a lot of internal miscommunication. No one seems to be on the same page, and it’s made the whole process way more stressful than it should be.
Good staff friendly service!!
