My family had a wonderful Family Doctor for many years, but we never found the front staff to be very receptive or helpful. They were often dismissive to the point of being rude. The staff at Collingwood medical are the polar opposite, it's been like a breath of fresh air for us. We appreciate how responsive they are and the fact that they truly want to be helping you.
