i had such high hopes for collingwood dental practice, but my experience was a total disaster. i went in for root canal therapy, thinking it would relieve my pain. instead, the doctor was completely incompetent. he rushed through the procedure, didn’t explain anything, and left me in more agony than before. the staff were unhelpful when i tried to voice my concerns. honestly, i remember when dental care meant something around here. this place is a joke.

I had the worst experience at Collingwood Dental Practice... I went in for dental crowns and bridges thinking I'd finally get my smile back... but the incompetence of the doctor was beyond belief! The doctor didn’t even seem to know what they were doing. I left with more pain than I came in with and NO solutions! They just shrugged it off like it was no big deal. If you value your teeth, stay away from this clinic... They clearly don’t care about their patients! One star is too generous!

I recently took my family to Collingwood Dental Practice for a ROOT CANAL therapy. What a MISTAKE! The doctor seemed INCOMPETENT and had no clue what he was doing. I had to explain my pain multiple times, and he just brushed it off like it was no big deal. My issue wasn’t resolved, and I left feeling more frustrated than when I walked in. The clinic staff was unhelpful too. I expected better for my family's dental health!
