I have leased one of their apartments here. It's been a struggle to stay for the last 7/8 months.Today I came to know about the new standard of having a patio. So the patio was out of service and they gave us $100 discount from the rent. They've repaired it and now we see the ceiling is not sealed. From the floor above the debrief falls from the wooden floor gap. This barely makes it usable. Rented here in 2013, my wife lied to front office and stated I abused her so they took her off the lease and one morning I woke up she was gone. Rent in 2013 was only $1000 I only earn $300 a month at the time at the age of 21, my wife she was bread winner since we just relocated for her job. Hi I would like to share my experience with one of the services I received in Collingwood Apartments Alpharetta....I received spontaneous & immediate solution to my problem from Mr Carlos...who is an employee there ...he is so good & soft spoken person & ll provide u immediate solution to all ur requirements...really appreciate him for all his work
RecommendedCollingwood is under new management now and they are rocking it out. The new manager, Rose, is on top of everything and makes you feel welcomed and respected. The apartments are beautifully renovated and the community is gorgeous as well. The mature trees and wonderful landscaping make you feel like you’re driving into a forest. I love this place and highly recommend it.

RAM Partners, LLC manages this property. I would have given them zero stars if it were an option. If you experience or have ever experienced domestic violence, DO NOT RENT WITH THIS COMPANY. RUN! RAM Partners, LLC is not an ally. I have a protective order against someone who lives 4 minutes away from my community. After the order was issued, I notified management who told me that I could transfer units only if I paid a new, higher rate. It is a nice experience. Collingwood is a good society, schools are nearby. Maintenance is also good in this society. We can recommend to our friends for this society.
I’ve lived here since July and have enjoyed it! Everyone in the office is friendly and also maintenance team is great too. It’s very quiet and feel safe living here with my family.
One of the best apartments in alpharetta. I am enjoying my stay with all the facilities one can imagine and expect from the community. Staff is very Friendly indeed, just a one click/phone call away. Quite an open and impressive landscape. What i like most about the apartment is an overall design. One must consider during your stay in Alpharetta.
