Not very helpful at all at Collin county office. I had a simple question about loan qualification and they wouldn't answer a simple question without setting up an appointment for a week later. I called the Denton county office and there they took the time to answer my simple question on the phone and were a big help. Night and day difference between Collin county and Denton county offices.
