Dr. McClelland was excellent in helping my mom with her eye problems. He performed Strabismus surgery and she no longer sees double vision. He listened and took the time to solve my mom's eye problems when others could not figure it out. He followed up with her and committed to helping her on her future eye journey. He cares, is kind and will listen to his patients concerns. We feel blessed to have him as my mom’s doctor!
After my car accident, I was referred to Dr. McClelland. At my first appointment, I received a prism sticker to put on my glasses to help my right eye with double vision. It helped immensely! He listened to all my concerns, and was extremely helpful. At the next appointment, it was time to do surgery because my eye had healed as much as it was going to on its own. Dr. McClelland & crew/staff was AMAZING to work with. Always understanding & helpful. Explained everything properly and made sure you were understanding of everything along the whole process. Worked with Dr. McClelland and crew for well over a year & a half monitoring my double vision due to brain tumors (which were removed/radiated) until it was time to be able to do the repairs. Dr McClelland is so great! We got in for our appointment right on time, and he was very thorough in both the examination and the explanation of what was going on. He is very kind and caring. He really listened to us, he never rushed through anything, and he took time to answer all of our questions. Calls were returned promptly. His nurse Ellie is great too! I highly recommend Dr McClelland!
