Dr. Chavda and the entire staff at Collin County Physicians are truly exceptional. After moving here five years ago, our family struggled to find the right fit; we found that most large practices primarily directed us to assistants rather than the physicians themselves. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard and respected. It is rare to find a doctor who provides such genuine, personalized care. We are so grateful to have finally found a practice that prioritizes the patient experience.

I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chavda and his office. He was able to see me the same day I called, which speaks volumes about his commitment to patient care. Dr. Chavda was attentive, compassionate, and took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns. He asked detailed questions and made sure I felt comfortable and understood. He also accommodated my availability and promptly scheduled a telehealth appointment. I highly recommend this office and will definitely be returning.

For an urgent care, its good, but when it comes to returning the deposit payment, they won’t respond to you on time and won’t help you at all. They take your deposit and insurance details at the time of your visit and never return the deposit back or at-least send us the invoice or no absolutely no update at all. I called in multiple times but they always tell me they are going to call me back and are looking into it but they never call back.

Dr.Chavda is a blessing! I got my husband an appointment the same day I called. Front desk as well as Dr.Chavda himself were so helpful and patient with all the questions we had. The hours are also very helpful as he ended up scheduling later in the evening. We couldn’t have asked for better care. We definitely will be going back and referring family! 5 stars all around

Doctor and front desk were great, but I still have a $200.00 charge on my account when I was told it will fall off. Response for the owner: Thank you for your response. I am a bit surprised by the tone of your reply. For context, I work at a freestanding ER, so if this had been a true emergency, I would have gone there. Instead, I called ahead to confirm urgent care costs and was also looking for a PCP. Given your strong reviews, I thought this would be a good fit for both.
