I had an excellent experience with Dr. Chavda and his office. He was able to see me the same day I called, which speaks volumes about his commitment to patient care. Dr. Chavda was attentive, compassionate, and took the time to thoroughly listen to my concerns. He asked detailed questions and made sure I felt comfortable and understood. He also accommodated my availability and promptly scheduled a telehealth appointment. I highly recommend this office and will definitely be returning.

Dr. Chavda and the entire staff at Collin County Physicians are truly exceptional. After moving here five years ago, our family struggled to find the right fit; we found that most large practices primarily directed us to assistants rather than the physicians themselves. From the moment I walked in, I felt heard and respected. It is rare to find a doctor who provides such genuine, personalized care. We are so grateful to have finally found a practice that prioritizes the patient experience.

Dr.Chavda is a blessing! I got my husband an appointment the same day I called. Front desk as well as Dr.Chavda himself were so helpful and patient with all the questions we had. The hours are also very helpful as he ended up scheduling later in the evening. We couldn’t have asked for better care. We definitely will be going back and referring family! 5 stars all around

My first experience at Collin County Physicians for a weekend urgent care visit. It was first thing in the morning and Dr Chavda was handling everything at that time. He was awesome. Quickly took all my info, got me checked in and it was a short wait. Once starting visit he was very caring and knowledgable. I was miserable when I came in and by evening with prescribed meds had much improvement. He even asked me to call in the evening to provide update on how I was doing, which I did. Very caring. My daughter established care with Dr Chavda recently and it was the most pleasant visit ever. The office is quaint and quiet. Your not rushed out the door as a patient. He actually cares to help. He even called the next day to check on her. Bedside manner is an A++
