Was visiting family from out of state and came with a cast on hand. Cast needed to be re-casted. When contacting dr at home they advised to try to find someone to re-cast it while out of state. Contacted two orthoptic urgent care facilities to have both advise they would not touch it since it was done out of state and to go to the ER. I was trying to avoid the ER and found Dr Bills that was willing to re-cast my hand after hearing what happened and why it needed re-casting. He re-casted and did an excellent job. My husband broke his wrist during a week that terrible. The hospital made an appointment with Bills and we went without thinking. We had been to the best in the area, and I hate that we didn't change the appointment to him. He didn't do anything except but a brace on it. His arm wasn't straight in the brace and of course, we didn't know that. He ended up with a large bump on the outside of his wrist. This is the most outstanding office! Everyone here is so caring and compassionate. They go absolutely out of the way to care for you and help you in any way. They are very diligent in making sure your pain is manageable. I would recommend this office and Dr.Bills to anyone. I came her for a second opinion after a horrendous experience with Dr.Gurganious and I will forever be greatful and appreciate it.
I can't express what a great job Dr. Bills did being honest and direct about my shoulder surgery and follow up care. Even though he was empathetic to my situation, Dr. Bills doesn't tell you what he thinks you want to hear. Instead, he gives an honest depictation of procedures and results.
