This is the most outstanding office! Everyone here is so caring and compassionate. They go absolutely out of the way to care for you and help you in any way. They are very diligent in making sure your pain is manageable. I would recommend this office and Dr.Bills to anyone. I came her for a second opinion after a horrendous experience with Dr.Gurganious and I will forever be greatful and appreciate it.
I can't express what a great job Dr. Bills did being honest and direct about my shoulder surgery and follow up care. Even though he was empathetic to my situation, Dr. Bills doesn't tell you what he thinks you want to hear. Instead, he gives an honest depictation of procedures and results. Patients should be afraid of this doctor. I went to see him about a knee injury and brought in with me the paperwork from an MRI of my knee. Dr. Bills told me he did not know how to read an MRI, stated he saw one of the injuries, “ all the time and don’t pay attention to it” and pointed to one of the four conclusions on the paperwork and said, “and I don’t know what this is”. He’s truly a brilliant young doctor & I had pleasant consultation with him. Living in Tennessee my whole life, I can also appreciate him being a Christian as the Lord is a major part of my life, too. The good doc had professional bedside manner, and as most people going to the doctor can relate, it can be an anxious time…luckily, Dr. Bills has an excellent sense of humor & I was at ease.
