Always found this place very good We've used this company for seven years. We've always been pleased. Their service personnel are very knowledgeable of air conditioning and heating and very conscientious. We bought our Carrier air conditioning and heating from them and have these inspected each year. We can always count on them for excellent service. The units have been very good too.

Happy in Plano I have been using Collin Air for over 6 years I have always had excellent service. The service technician was very knowledgeable and prompt. One year one of my units went out in the middle of summer and they were able to replace with a more efficient unit in which I noticed the next couple of summers the electric bill has decreased and the unit does not run all the time.

I have had over thirty years of great service from Collin Air Conditioning Inc. in our four different homes here in Plano, TX. Today, May 21, 2014, I had another great experience - Jimmy arrived exactly on the scheduled time; performed all the A/C maintenance required in an exceptionally effective and professional manner; answered all my questions; and presented labor and material charges identical to the estimate. I needed to have repairs made to my AC unit. I used this company for well over 10 years for service, and will not use them again. The service technician immediately diagnosed the problem as a faulty AC coil and required replacement. However, there was no checks made to determine this remedy. This is the same unit inwhich the same AC coil was replaced about 6 years previously. I learned more from google than the tech that did not know (or offer) much info about my very common Carrier system. In addition to charging me $130 for a $25 part.

Great service. Fair prices. Quality work. We have done business with Collin Air and have been very happy. They replaced and upgraded our entire heating/ac system. We've called 1 time with a service question and they were at our home that day. We would gladly do business with them again.
