We moved into our unit on a very hot day, and Katie was a wonderful help! She answered our questions very clearly and directly, and was even thoughtful enough to bring out some cold, fancy water bottles for us (they had the company logo on them!). Very impressed with this facility and the people here! What they say is true - the people really do make the company great!
Everyone here is so kind. I have had several storage units here. Kristy has been the most amazing helper. Katie has also been so amazing. They are quick to help me with any situation that comes up with any unit. Katie and Kristy are 10/10 helpers. They are the kind of workers you want to have at your company.
I like the storage units and the area! I also like the customer service from Katie the sales lady! She gave me the storage unit I was looking for and what I needed and she save me a lot of money!
We love this facility! They keep their rates fixed for a long time, and don't raise them often like other storage facilities do, so it's great if you're needing to store something for a more than a few months. And Kristin and Katie at the office are delightful, straight-forward and so helpful! Highly recommend!
