I contacted then regarding renting a commercial space. The property manager contacted me but after our initial conversation has ghosted me ever since. I was serious about viewing the space but he couldn't even be bothered.
They manage my office building and I am not exaggerating when I say the building is constantly in shambles. Every year, multiple times per year, the building floods. They know that the plumbing needs overhaul but just allow it to fail repeatedly, causing water damage, mold, ruining files and office equipment.
