Alex was great to deal with. Super punctual, got all the paperwork needed to me very quickly and helped personally push my application through to get my perfect space. Cannot recommend highly enough.
Absolute worst experience from colliers, specifically from the property Manager, Randie Kapeller. Very unprofessional, got little to no idea about her responsibilities as a property manager rather, simply siding with one or few people at the condo or condo board, who are targeting me unnecessarily. When I mentioned about the Saskatchwan condominium act and the bylaws, she absolutely have no idea about it or didn't address none of those, rather bullying and threatening me by telling me that she would charge fees to my account... read more
