Absolute worst property management company in Saskatoon. Wish I could rate you guys a 0 star. I live in a condo that colliers manages. 10 days after I moved into my condo my unit flooded from a pipe burst in the unit above. I had the property manager come in and evaluate everything (I needed new flooring and drywall) I was told to go through a flooring company that colliers/first on site works closely with. I have lived in apartments for a total of 40 years. I was at Dorchester Towers for 25yrs and I am now at McDonald Towers and this is my 15th year here.I want to say that Roger and Connie Wasyliw are the very best caretakers I have ever known. So very prompt willing and friendly . We could not ask for better.
Garbage everywhere all the time and the dumpsters are always overflowing, no ground maintenance is ever done and snow removal is a joke
