The amount of garbage laying around their Evergreen Crossing property in Aspen Ridge is disgusting. The "manager" drives around in his truck but never gets out to clean anything up. Gargage cans overflowing cigarette butts and a dead mouse today. I drive to shop in Brighten more so I don't have to see how poorly this new area is being maintained. I feel bad for all the businesses paying tremendous amounts of lease payments to get this type of service.
