I have been working in this building for ~3 years. In the beginning, everything was swell but after my first year of working in this building, the elevators for floors 1-14 went down from 2 elevators to 1. There has been 1 elevator in operation on our side of the building for at least two years. Keep in mind that there are 4 available elevators for our side of the building.
