Why am I not surprised the rating is so low 🤦♂️. Unpleasant CRE experience stemming from before Christmas wasting months of mine and a clients time by two ladies here who’s name I’ll leave out but initials EP & EM though one did most of the talking at the end. Jan 6. “Use approved, will send you and offer” Jan 31. After consistent due follow ups is when they finally 180. Save your time work with someone else who closes not kills deals, whether a client OR Landlord.
This company is tricky (Mrs.Chock). She keep on raising the leasing cost evey time you call in! Still hasn't get the lease yet. Not a Ohana company!!!
Called on one of their listings, agent didn’t even have the courtesy to return my call.
The worst company and broker ( Maria Su) we have ever encountered. They will take their time to get papers reviewed and will ignore every proposal that they did not write. We were told by Maria Su to redline all our concerns by our attorney, after sending the redline items we were then told by Maria Su that they refuse to review all redlines because it will cost them a lot of money and time!!! They wasted my attorney fees for nothing. BE VERY CAREFUL !! I highly recommend not using her or this company for any business. plent... read more
