Ran me off the road, I don’t know there work ethics but very rude on the streets.
I contracted with Collier Warehouse to spec, order, and install a replacement conservatory window system for the back of our home. As part of the ordering process the owner, Paul, came by to verify installation details, including required custom flashing for the knee wall cap. Nowhere in the shop drawings did it indicate the flashing from the manufacturer was limited in length and multiple pieces would need to be spliced (both on the interior and exterior), resulting in the final condition shown in the photos.
