One of their representatives likes to drive really fast on dangerous roads where you’re supposed to go 25mph. I had to pull over and let them pass so that I felt safe enough to keep driving.
I paid the inspection fee to evaluate what repairs are needed for my windows, but I never received a proposal from Joe, despite being told one would be provided. I also followed up several times by email without response.
I had a great experience with Collier. Ernesto Caceres was very patient and informative on the sales side and their installation crew was meticulous. I love my windows and I'll come back to Collier for my next project.
