Beware of Billing practices! Same issues with Insurance billing. Went to This Urgent care March 22, 2025. They said Medicare was not my primary so they couldn’t bill. I had to self pay $203.81. I reached out to Medicare to make sure they are primary and they are. I have a letter to prove it. I called and had to speak with a billing company who said my account does not show as paid .I have a copy of the receipt that I paid, however they do not give you a print out of the services the provided. This review is for the front desk. One woman was trying to be helpful while the other was rude, no personality, and so sick. I don’t appreciate someone blowing their nose and using the same hand to handle my IDs.
When I come here to Collier Urgent Care at Park Shore I always get the most amazing care. I highly recommend going there. They are the best!!!
