Was told by medical office to go to this urgent care for iv fluid. They told then only do iv for people who are healthy not for people who have any medical symptoms that actually need them. This makes zero sense for an urgent care to only iv healthy people and turn away sick people. Why is this called "Urgent Care"? Get a new business manager, urgent cares are not "wellness spas".
I had an appointment to see Dr Urbina today. Had to pay $75 for just an explanation about the procedure that I might need. Very disappointed ! They could've explained me on my last visit. I would like to have my money back !
