RecommendedDefinitely five stars for this office! The staff were friendly and welcoming, they fit me in for a day that worked best for me! Not only were the ladies up front nice, the hygienist was informative and sweet as well. I’ve never been to a Dentist office where they take the time to describe all the processes, and provide the best care for you teeth. I’ve been a patient of Dr Collier for 8 months and have had to have a tremendous amount of work done. I’m very impressed with his meticulous nature. He first trained as an engineer, going into dentistry as a second career is a perfect job for someone with that background. He just recently did 4 crowns and two veneers on top front teeth. Couldn’t be happier with the outcome. They look very natural. He is kind and caring as is the rest of his staff. I recommend him with no reservations.
While I loved the service they do not have a good business practice or know how to handle a problem that is their mistake!! When our military insurance switched providers I made sure to call and make sure they would be in network before my next appointment since I was already an existing customer and I was told YES! ABSOLUTELY!! I, honestly, can not say enough good things about Dr. Collier and his entire staff. I avoided the dentist for years after having an absolutely awful experience elsewhere when we first moved to Columbus. When I first visited Dr. Collier I was experiencing severe tooth pain, and while I needed a root canal, he did everything possible to lessen my discomfort.
