I had extremely disappointing experience with Collier Property Management Company. The overall professionalism and communication exhibited by the staff are severely lacking, and the entire company operates in a manner that feels exploitative. I had a terrible experience with Sam Thomas. Despite informing him of a traffic accident that made me run late for the showing, he canceled the appointment. When I arrived just 9 minutes late, he was leaving with another potential tenant. He did not communicate ahead of time how tight the showing window was or that another person would be viewing at the same time. Fair enough-few rentals and lots of demand. I let that go.
