I can't get through the horrible phone system after you put your phone no in. I'm standing in my garage trying to restore hot water because my plot out and I can't speak to anyone in the office REALLY This phone system is unprofessional and poor customer Service.
Not good after my new water heater service. After my new water heater installed by this company, they don't want to do anything and answer my questions. Same time I call another plumber company, on the phone they show me how to correct the problem when I don't have hot water, even they are not doing any service for me.
The manager (??), James (if that is his name as he wouldn't let me speak with anyone else and he answers each time I called), lacks customer service skills. "Have a good life," hanging up the phone, and then not picking it up when you call back is about as childish as anyone can be when I simply said that their pricing was high as there was a warranty but he said I had to pay for the labor to which I simply said if I have to pay that I would rather work w/my plumber. James W. from Collier Plumbing is very professional. He called an hour early before the scheduled time, arrived on time to fix our water heater problem even a replacement part sent by the manufacturer is missing a component. Thanks, James!
