I had a very disappointing experience with this dental office. I trusted them with my orthodontic treatment for two years, but instead of improving my teeth, the results actually made things worse. Communication was poor throughout the process, and I was never clearly informed about important decisions regarding my treatment. I brought my dad here as a new patient for a tooth/root extraction after one of his teeth broke due to severe decay. From the moment we walked in, Pat and the entire staff welcomed us warmly. Everyone was kind, professional, and easy to talk to. Pat especially stood out. She made us feel comfortable right away and is truly such a sweet person. Dr. Collier is exceptional.
