Have been going to Dr. Collier for years. She did 3 colonoscopies and I wasn't nervous at all. She is highly professional and well trained. I have the utmost trust in her.
I was very nervous about this type of procedure therefore I put it off for 20 years. I was pleasantly surprised of the ease of the prep and test. The only problem was getting the needle into a vein. One nurse tried 3 times before calling for back up. Also would of liked a sandwich to eat after like they do in the hospital. I know that is picky, but after not eating I was starving and cookies do not satisfy, the coffee on the other had was delicious. Thank you for putting me at ease and every onE
I am a Registered Nurse for 40 years and can recognize excellent quality care when I see it. I have always received excellent care during my procedures at Dr. Collier's office from the front desk Secretary to the Nurses and Staff in the procedure area. The environment is very clean. Dr. Collier and staff are patient and able to explain all procedures and preps and answer any questions you may have or concerns. I would recommend this Gastro Center, Doctor Collier, and staff to everyone.
I had an appt on March 15, 2016 to schedule a colonoscopy. I was taken to a room wherein a "nurse" started asking me a lot of questions to update my file. I couldn't seem to give a definite yes or no to the questions and it seemed to be getting harder and harder and I told the woman I was beginning to feel quite ill. The woman harshly said, "I've been here all day, I don't have to put up with this. I said OK, neither do I and I left. No one even called my husband to see if I was ok.
Dr. Collier listened to what I had to say and was careful to consider my past medical history in her treatment decisions. Her staff was helpful in making sure I was attended to and that I booked my next appointment with ease. Their surgical center was spotless and I felt very comfortable.
Dr. Collier is an excellent gastroenterologist and diagnostician. She actually listens to your complaints and concerns and works out, with the patient, their specific treatment plan. I have been a patient of Dr. Collier for seven years and feel that she is exceptionally competent and exceedingly trust worthy. I recommend Dr. Collier very highly.
Dr.Collier was wonderful listened to my concerns was not rushed will defiantly recommend staff was nice too! Was there twice never waited!
