This facility is AWFUL,my mother was there less than 24 hours and we had her moved immediately out of there. Nurses are rude to patients, rough with their patients did not care for her. Extremely rude to family members! My mother went to this facility because she had terminal cancer. Nurses did not come in to check on her every hour as they stated they do when we toured the facility. Our family was there for 6 hours visiting my mother, in that 6 hours the nurse only came in one time to see her, that was only because we we... read more
I cannot say enough fantastic words about the staff (ALL staff) and the facility. They treated my dad with such respect! And all family/friends who visited were treated very well too. Everyone was supportive and ready with a smile or a hug. Dad was very lucky to spend his last days in their care. And I, as a family member, who spent nights and days there cannot THANK THEM enough!
