This is the second time that I've had flowers delivered to me from them and they are horrible. I can't believe that my family has thrown their money down the crapper by ordering from this company. I'm suspicious that they're only used by a bigger name group (Teleflora, FTD, etc.) The last time that I received a huge bouquet, they all died the next day.
