I never thought I would be able to purchase my dream machine but Robert made it happen. For such a large size machine, the crating of it was top notch, the best I had ever seen! Robert went above and beyond to find me the rounded cord I prefer making mask with. During elastic shortages at that!! He never told me he was too busy or didn't have time for such request, since all that was offered was 1/8 and 1/4 elastics. I am so happy to receive what he had in inventory.
