Bought 6 pairs of glasses for myself and our 5 children. I have picked up 5 pairs. Of those 5 pairs 2 where broken with lenses falling out before even being used. One they didn't have a screw to fix and I had to go buy a repair kit from Walmart to fix. The other I just had them fix but we will see if they are actually fixed. It's a lot of money on glasses for them to be given to me broken and act like I'm the inconvenience.
I’ve been calling for over a week and nobody has yet to answer or call back to my messages left.
I'm only giving 2 stars because the actual exam was breeze. Since then, I have experienced awful communication and service. I ordered contacts 4 weeks ago and was told they will be in under 2 weeks. 2.5 weeks go by and I hear nothing. I call multiple times and leave multiple voicemails which never received a response. Once I finally got someone on the phone, she transferred me to the contact rep that then let me know they'd be in "any day." I asked if there were any sample packs to get me through the "any day" period. He sai... read more
10/10 don't reccomend. These people are extremely unprofessional and do not care about their patients. They have the worst communication.
Dr Hart done my husband eye exam and was very happy with the Doctor and staff. Would recommend Collette Eye Care
