This place is incredibly unprofessional in the staff workers are very rude.
The DR. Was awesome. But the young ladies at the front desk and the eye center are very unprofessional.
Place ppl I font of me and my kids appointment. I canceled and they never apologies for the delay.
I had the worst experience at Colletto Eye Care and I blame myself. A couple of years ago I vowed to never go back and I gave them another shot. It’s been several weeks since my appointment and I still don’t have my glasses or my contacts so my story is not complete. I will update this post with the full story when I receive my glasses and hopefully it will be one day in the near future.
Went to see Dr Colletto on Thursday. Was given a prescription for an eye issue I was experiencing. Took the prescription to CVS and was told it was written incorrectly. CVS reached out to Colletto Eye to have the prescription corrected but no response was received by end of business on Thursday. I reached out to Colletto Eye on Friday to make them aware of the situation and was assured it would be resolved. Went back to CVS but again, they never received a correct prescription from Colletto.
