The person who answers the phone is very rude; it’s as if you were asking them for a handout. If I could, I'd give it a minus 5..!!!
Save your time and your money. I called in needing a simple DMV vision form completed, something South Carolina only requires having been within the past 3 years. This office refused unless I scheduled and paid for another appointment I do not need. They lost my entire household as patients today. Amazing care!!!! This office is hands down all together the best, most respectful, professional, and reliable! Every staff member at this office is very helpful and ACTUALLY cares about their patients. They follow through with what they say they will do and go above and beyond! This office and Dr. Colletto’s care helped my son get what he needed for military clearance and he will now be serving in the US Navy thanks to their awesome care! 😁
