Loyalty of over 10 years was met with a total dismissal after I posted a simple review 7 months ago simply stating that service was going downhill. Instead of addressing the feedback, the practice flagged my son's account and stated they would no longer see him. We appreciate the push to find a more professional office; it was a favor in disguise."
As a patient, I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this office. The doctor came across as very rushed and uninterested in actually listening to patients. I felt like my concerns were brushed off, and appointments seemed more about getting people in and out as quickly as possible rather than providing thoughtful care. Dr. Colletto have been my doctor for several years now...I shall say WAS. His office has changed, but not for the better. The office staff appears young and inexperienced. Poor office management and customerservice. The cost you pay is expensive, but the quality of the product is not what you pay for. You pay for scratch resistant...the lenses scratch. I was able to get an appointment within a week of calling. Hayley and Kyla were professional and helpful. They took time to have my insurance coverage explained to me in a way I understood. The process of getting new lenses was quick and problem free. Will recommend and go back
