RecommendedI'm getting for traction for my back gotten off so different exercises to do at home and been in physical therapy for 4 months my back I find that I'm getting slow improvement. I'm able to rotation better side to side with bit less pain. Stephanie is very nice and patient with me. Along giving direction that makes sense to me with my comprehension disability.
