I was treated fairly and professionally by Collette's.
I was recommend this place to tow my truck to a shop and spoke to Todd. He quoted me $300-$400 to tow. Ok no problem called them to get it done. First they sent a guy who didn't really know what he was doing, a small wrecker, and tried to charge me $500 saying the time involved was longer then expected. After arguing the cost I paid $400 however the original towing company I used to tow my truck a few miles less was way cheaper ($320) and did the job correctly the first time.
