I’m deeply disappointed with how this practice has declined. Dr. Collette has always been a knowledgeable and compassionate physician throughout the years I’ve seen him, but the level of care from the practice as a whole has become irresponsible and negligent. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. There are plenty of other ENT offices that will be a better help. Don’t choose here.
The receptionist was so rude I cannot even believe it. If you don’t have insurance they won’t even take you as a cash pay. Unprofessional. Rude. And definitely no signs of compassion whatsoever over the phone. 0/10
