I made an appt for my EAR on 2/27/2026 where the receptionist and I confirmed my primary care nurse had called and was told the doctor could deal with my EAR issue. The day of my appointment, after signing some paperwork the Physician's Assistant took me back to an exam room and asked a few questions saying the doctor would be in shortly. I’m deeply disappointed with how this practice has declined. Dr. Collette has always been a knowledgeable and compassionate physician throughout the years I’ve seen him, but the level of care from the practice as a whole has become irresponsible and negligent. After being prescribed a medication, I began experiencing side effects within a few days. I called the office and was told I’d receive a call back within 24–48 hours, but no one followed up. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. There are plenty of other ENT offices that will be a better help. Don’t choose here.

The receptionist was so rude I cannot even believe it. If you don’t have insurance they won’t even take you as a cash pay. Unprofessional. Rude. And definitely no signs of compassion whatsoever over the phone. 0/10
