I had a recent visit and I thought the food was good. The ambiance was nice but the restaurant can feel a little dark. My server Taylor was awesome and very attentive. I ordered the calamari and a margarita pizza to start. The calamari was a bit salty. My favorite was the spaghetti and meatballs. It wasn't "saucy" and the noodles were larger than the typical spaghetti noodles. The restaurant is located at the Avalon so parking can be a bit of an issue. I recommend valet which is validated by the restaurant.
Had the spaghetti and meatballs plus the super slow service. Ate outside and waitress showed up occasionally. Food was mediocre and atmosphere was also. $118 for 2 plates of spaghetti, 2 glasses of wine ($14 per glass) and an order of lasagnanette, whatever that is. Colletta is rated as an OAD - One and Done!
