I went to Colette Propane in Lebanon to fill up two 20lb tanks and left with a renewed respect for humanity. The individual helping me provided some incredibly timely safety advice regarding a bad tank I brought in, and they even helped me secure a replacement unit on the spot. Every visit here is a hassle-free experience with great service. Highly recommend.
During January with 14" of snow and zero or below temps for days/weeks, I had to get in touch with Collett concerning running out of propane. I mentioned my daughter living next door that gets propane on the same day as me. and They did finally come out a couple days later and filled my tank. But they let my daughter get to just below 20% and her furnace shut off. When she called, they came out immediately, but she had to call her furnace provider to get the furnace restarted. Not very helpful. Needed an emergency order. Was not willing to go above and beyond for a potential customer.
Great local place to get propane refills. I will never use an exchange service again.
