I really appreciate Kenny at COLLETT. Not only does COLLETT offer competitive prices, Kenny takes the time to teach me about propane and the various valves and how they work. Awesome company experience.
Was concerned about the propane level in our tank because of the cold weather. Called Collett at 8:07 to let them know that our driveway had been plowed and requested a fill. At 8:47 the driver was leaving our house and our tank was full. You can't ask for, or even imagine, customer service/care like this. Anybody not using Collett is definitely missing out.
All of the locations of this family owned business in Lebanon, Xenia, and Wilmington provide top notch service. Only propane company I would use.
