I had to take my 6 year old to the ER yesterday for a broken arm and Colleton (despite being extremely busy) had us treated and discharged within one hour! The doctor saw us within 5 minutes, we had pain medication right after, had x ray in the room within 10-15 minutes of arrival and we were splinted and ready to go shortly after. The discharge coordinator assisted with a follow up appointment for a cast for the next day! The nurses were all amazing and treated my girl like one of their own! Every one was very nice and very good at explaining what they were doing and what it was for also at check in the lady was very nice and polite and on top of her job the place was very clean and all the staff that I met made you feel like we're somebody and they cared
Very courteous and pleasant staff. If you need an MRI this is the place
The Radiology Tech was very helpful and kind. There needs to be a sign when you enter the main hospital if you're coming in for a procedure you need to go to the ER because there is no one to register you.
