In my past experiences I have a 5 star but this time was very frustrating. I was sent straight from my doctor for a CT for kidney stones so I was not up to all I had to go through. At first I was told I was to make appointment and given a card for scheduling. I live quiet a distance so I left for home to come back in two days. I was then called to come back however when arrived back , was told " it was a mistake". I left again and while driving another 20 min. Had two more calls to come back. Best experience with labor and delivery with the delivery of my baby. The nurses were fantastic and showed unconditional compassion.

Great L&D staff. Felt very safe and cared for. Especially with my millions of questions I had answered without feeling like it was too much <3 shout out to nurse josette and sarah who both took care of me at the hospital during my csection aftercare

Came in for a bump on my head in October. 4 weeks later I got a random letter that said I owe about $1000 for their physician bill. Confusing as I got a letter from the hospital that said that their uninsured policy covered the visit despite the fact that I have provided my Medicaid card information that explicitly said $0 ER visits and covers for emergencies. Do not come to this hospital unless you want a surprise in the mail and maybe you'll be poorer for it. It seems I am not the only one who went through this issue. How ... read more
