The atmosphere was very welcoming and I'm super happy with my haircut. It's hard to find places that can work well with Asian/thicker hair and every time I've come here it's been a great experience!!

Unfortunately my experience getting a hair cut with Yuanita made me feel quite awful. When I voiced what kind of hair cut I would like, she didn’t listen and did what she thought would be best. The hair cut itself was extremely choppy and she added layers which I said I did not want. I said it was important I could still put my hair in a ponytail, but that didn’t happen either. When I was looking for a new hair stylist a little while back, I stumbled upon Collektiv hair studio, and I’m happy I did! From start to finish, the experience has been great! Communication for setting an appointment is easy, Yuanita sends a reminder the day before and the hair cut is perfect!
