These folks are unprofessional and incompetent. They cost both me and the buyer thousands of dollars due to their ineptitude and inability to do anything other blame the real estate agents who signed them on. Even the documents they create look like they were scanned by a kindergartner on a $10 scanner from the 1990s. I signed via mobile notary and that agent told me that the documents sent to her by Collegiate were so unprofessionally generated (blurry and reduced in size so as to make them hard to read) that they would not... read more
