Spoke on the phone about cleaning move out apartment . Was expecting the cleaning to be done. Asked if it would be done they said yes but it would be late. Ok. Called late she said ill call 5 minutes before I get there. Texted no response. I hate when people say they will do something and don’t. I had another company lined up but stayed with this one. Called and called and no response. What an undependable company who says they’ll be there and then ghosts you. Very unprofessional. I do not recommend unless you enjoy disappointment.
From a property management company who made appointments for 3 units to be cleaned on a Saturday. Never showed up. Doesn’t answer the phone. Horrible service all the way around. Would recommend steering clear if you’re in a pinch, and even if not there has to be someone better.
I was extremely excited to find someone local to clean units at our rental property in Buena Vista. I scheduled 3 cleans with them and was told they would be done before the tenants moved in. The day before the tenants moved in I called back to make sure they were able to get in and clean everything. No one answered and no one called me back. I called multiple times.
