If you are looking for trust, reliability, and strong communication—do not work with Collegiate Peaks. We gave them multiple chances to follow through on scheduled cleanings—they didn’t show up and didn’t notify us, they wanted to do night cleanings and didn’t finish but managed to go in and out of the house to the hot tub all night long, they would need to be reminded of cleaning dates and then would need to reschedule. I want to support a female owned company— but was disappointed multiple times.
Unprofessional and unreliable. I hired Jen and team to take on 2 airbnb properties in Salida. We talked on the phone and she was excited to get started, we confirmed the next cleaning date. I gave her access to our booking calendar. I texted the day before the clean twice and the morning of - no response. Completely unresponsive and never showed up. I had to cancel my entire day or travel to clean the airbnb by myself.
Professional and does an amazing job. Takes care of all the little details and stands by their work. You won’t regret using this company!!
