While the price is cheap and the location is ideal, I would hesitate to recommend living here. During my first semester of my stay, my roommate and I had terrible apartment mates. They were passive-aggressive, rude, messy and worst of all, promiscuous, which is in violation of the contract . After a month or so of "trying to work it out" as the landlords insisted, we finally made a formal complaint and got the bad apartment-mates out. I could leave my aparment and be in class in less than 4 minutes. The owners are really nice, and the managers are really strict about not allowing smoking or drinking on the property. The majority of the students are LDS. The only thing I didnt like was all the weddings.
The managers are so rude and they have stricked rules about not letting your friends beyond the kitchen, They act like your parents telling you you have to be in your rental a certain time and your friend have to leave at this time etc.... I DONT RECORMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!!!
