Mice infestation, no parking, black mold everywhere, mean and unhelpful property managers, broken front door, broken toilet, stealing our utilities, this place is close to campus but do not live here. It’s awful
Do not live here. There has been an animal in my attic the entire year and the price real estate staff has continually ignored requests to get rid of it. Price real estate doesn’t care about their tenants. Over priced rent, filthy living conditions.
Cheap landlords, filthy area, always loud. The price is always higher with price real estate. Stay away.
