Host events almost monthly for residents and staff are super friendly!
Rent is very affordable, especially compared to other renters around Lafayette. Any time maintenance is requested they come out that day or the next. Staff is very friendly and hosts events at the leasing office all the time like free food and activities. That being said, with the cheaper rent, you get what you pay for so don’t expect lavish hotel quality, but they’re good places to live that just have a couple old building quirks.
Moved in and stove did not work properly- filed maintenance ticket and a new stove/oven was installed within a week. Great experience so far
