I lived at one of their apartments for three years and enjoyed several of the amenities like dinners and donuts. Everyone there is great!
Leasing staff make signing and keeping your lease easy, and always are having community events at the lounge (free food!). I’ll have lived with them for 3 years by the time I graduate and I’ve always appreciated their personal approach to leasing.
C2 living is close to campus, but poor management makes living here stressful. To preface, C2 hosts events at the clubhouse as a way to bribe tenants into giving them good reviews. In many instances, they have verbally asked for positive reviews because they are "now under new management" to drown out poor ratings. I am not familiar with who was managing them before, but I don't feel many of the reviews in August/September are truthful reviews, especially if they only mention events.
