The office staff is always nice when you stop in and maintenance takes care of issues quickly.
The units on 214 Marstellar should be condemned. The unit had water running down the wall during a small storm inside the living room with visible mold along the entire living room wall. The bathrooms both had mold and the company had put caulk over the red and black mold. These units belong in a third-world nation, not the US or Purdue. No wonder students are committing suicide having to live like this. Absolutely disgusting and they lied about the floor plan.
