Wonderful staff very helpful resolved all my issues in a timely manner. Maintenance staff is beyond amazing very professional and competent completed all of my work orders quickly. Loved living here! Amazing staff and great location!!
Stealing from students. Confirms room availability, schedules a tour, Takes application fee and hours later tells students no rooms available and refuses to refund. Definitely a bait and switch operation.. Shame on them!
Do not let the high rating deceive you. Notice how most of the reviews are either one star or five stars, that's because they likely offer students incentives in return for good ratings. Terrible, shoddy business practices. Desirable location is the only pro. Buildings are like so old and borderline falling apart as you can tell horrendous maintenance staff, they took 2 weeks to fix a leaking pipe when I first moved in, couldn't use the kitchen during that time, the place is littered with bugs- in the kitchen, in the bathroo... read more
