WiFi is slow. Management office has really bad attitudes towards tenants and simply do not want to help. But they are great at using words to make you feel like they want to help you.
I thought it was one of the worst place I have ever lived. I know many people shared similar views with me that the management was terrible.
Wifi hasn’t worked for nearly five months. Had to walk to campus multiple times to submit assignments. Everyone I know, over 12 students, in CTT have contacted Aaron Smith. Nothing has been successful in fixing it. Maybe next semester.

Very slow WiFi, barely useful
RecommendedMy roommate and I have had a great experience here so far. The rent might seem expensive for Ithaca, but the amenities are more than worth it.
Professional and responsive management company. Great facilities. Close to campus. You get what you pay for.
Excellent service. The staff here are very helpful. The amenities are in excellent conditions.
