I lived here for 2 years while at Cornell and I loved it. The apartments are updated and spacious and the management was truly wonderful. If I had a problem they would always fix it within a day, which is not common for college housing here.
The best place you can live in Collegetown. Very clean, spacious, safe, and comfortable. Anything you need fixed is done the day of or the next, and management is always responsive. I would Collegetown crossing to anybody!
I lived here for 3 years while attending Cornell University and had a great experience. The building and staff were great. I would recommend the building to anyone

Collegetown Crossing, owned and managed by Urban Ithaca, provides a safe, comfortable, and quiet living space conveniently located just one block from Cornell University's campus. As a concerned parent, I had peace of mind while my son stayed here. My only regret is not knowing in advance about the necessity of signing leases for studio apartments a year ahead of time due to high demand.
