I rescued a litter of puppies and I tried this office. Honestly not expecting to be impressed. Well I loved them right away! They’re so caring, and always want your pet to feel comfortable. They have an assistant, I believe her name is Rachel, she is ALWAYS so kind. I wouldn’t take my animals anywhere else in Jacksonville.

Excellent and professional care for every patient
At almost 18yrs old, Alec, has special needs and the vets and staff are specially equipped to answer my questions in detail. Dr. Thomas and Dr. Brinson have gone over and beyond the call to follow up with me after hours to ease my concerns. The staff is always ready to welcome Alec and myself in the door with some TLC. Being the owner/trainer of Pawsitive Focus, I also recommend them to my clients in knowing they will be there to help in time of need with expertise. Thank you so much!
