Lived here for all of 2024. Disgusting apartments, terrible pest issues (roaches and even once a lizard), and trash absolutely everywhere. The walls are so thin you can always hear your neighbors. The conditioning unit would blow out dirt and dust all over my furniture. It doesn’t take long to find mold or holes on the walls and ceilings, especially in the bathrooms. Roaches are the biggest problem for me and just keep coming out of the bathroom and sometimes lay eggs. Don't come here if you can't deal with pests. Some people don't clean up after their pets and the whole yard will smell like dog poop. The smell attracts flies which will always find a way into your apartment. I came here because I couldn't get a dorm and wanted to be in walking distance of campus. Absolutely suck water never works or is always cold moldy cabinets a bullet hole in my bedroom ceiling also the outlets do not work in most of my apartment.
This place is a joke. Black mold, leaks,rotting drywall, disgusting pool. I cant believe the city lets this place stay open. The management is a joke and I hope they see this. Do better ,be better. Take pride in what you do ,this is just sad.
