Disgusting, Large cockroaches infesting the entire place as well as no security deposit return never live here.
I don't recommend this apartments first when we meve was full of flies. Took forever to disappear and then was a gas issue for months they did not reduce the price on the rent. At this moment we are at December 1 2024 they turn off the Air conditioning they turn on the heater 😭 is he'll inside the apartment is so hot. Even with the window open doesn't refresh inside. Seems like they don't care
This place is disgusting. We’ve had a growing roach problem for months. When I first moved in during the summer there were little plant bugs here and there. Now I see 3-4 roaches crawling around PER DAY. On top of that they’re German roaches which carry parasites, bacteria, and all sorts of other health hazards. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Terrible all around. Terrible ventilation there are roaches EVERYWHERE. They tow you even if you live at the residence. The ventilation and piping are connected so you can smell sewage blowing through your vents. They don’t service the apartments this has been the worst experience living in an apartment I’ve ever had.
