We’ve had a really positive experience living at Greenhouse Apartments. I’ve seen some reviews mentioning pest issues, but in our experience we haven’t had any problems at all—even though our unit is located close to the dumpster area. I recently moved into this apartment complex a few months ago. Valerie, the manager, was extremely helpful in getting me into a unit asap. She's very knowledgeable, caring and is truly hard working. She responds to texts, emails or calls almost immediately, no matter what time. Absolutely HORRIBLE property, management, everything!! Shower pressure is terrible, no hot water, oven smokes when you try to use it... Cockroach-infested, they tow your car even when you're moving in and THEY DON'T CARE. VERY unwilling to work with their residents, even when you're just moving in. Homeless people sleep on the stairs and don't move when you need to pass by... Very unsafe. STAY AWAY!!!!
Terrible place to live they scammed me when I first moved in to the building. I was in 301 and they told me there was no cockroaches. They lied there are cockroaches everywhere. Several times I’ve paid more than my rent owed but they never put the money towards the next month they just pocket it. I signed an agreement for my rent to be paid I paid over the advised amount and they just pocketed the money. Trifecta real estate!
