Johnny from the maintenance team does a great job every time. Very friendly guy and pro active. The front office girl, Nicole has been helpful as well. While the apartment has its own issues with roaches and AC, took out 1 star for it.

We’ve had a really positive experience living at Greenhouse Apartments. I’ve seen some reviews mentioning pest issues, but in our experience we haven’t had any problems at all—even though our unit is located close to the dumpster area. One thing we really appreciate is that the rent is very economical compared to many other places, which makes it a great option for families. The community also feels family-friendly and comfortable.
