Terrible place to live they scammed me when I first moved in to the building. I was in 301 and they told me there was no cockroaches. They lied there are cockroaches everywhere. Several times I’ve paid more than my rent owed but they never put the money towards the next month they just pocket it. I signed an agreement for my rent to be paid I paid over the advised amount and they just pocketed the money. Trifecta real estate! Le doy menos 00000 (5 ceros)estrellas a estos apartamentos, la tina del baño se tapó lleva 3 días reparándolo y nada cada día es un desastre, hasta un roto en la pared hicieron no recomiendo venir a vivir a estos apartamentos, busquen otros apartamentos para evitar dolor de cabeza y frustración apenas voy a cumplir 2 meses acá en los Greenhouse Apartments. Terrible place, the administration doesn't help at all, the pool doesn't work, the gym has nothing, for everything they want to charge you parking fees you have to be careful because for any little thing they call a tow truck and they take your car 0/10. Terrible experience
