Great place to live always fun things going on and great college atmosphere, with all the cottages having great layout for entertaining!
Good place to live if you are looking for community and amenities. Campus bus stop right at the apartment complex makes getting to campus easy. The apartments are clean and the laundry in the unit is really nice. Parking is not the greatest if you are in the front buildings, but otherwise it is a good place to live.
I wish I could leave 0 stars.... 100% do not live here..... Story time...... Maintenance doesnt give a fuck they just walk right in after the first knock 0 notice fucking at all. The bathroom on my side was basically all broken so I was using the other side bathroom had all my shit in it they rudely told me I had to take all of it out and put it on my side. Lmao bruh they grabbed all of my shit iand just flopped it in the living room. Honestly suck my balls.

Warning to other parents looking for an apartment for your college student. This is the WORST customer service and experience of any apartment I have ever rented. Beware this is run by a company that has many other apartment complexes in town. Don't let the shiny/pretty appearance fool you. They find ways to charge you for things I never knew existed. Biggest rip off in town.
I love The Quarters, they provide fun activities for their residents. They provide events year round. The Quarters is very welcoming and they try their best to fulfill their residents needs.
The first day I arrived, my apartment was a mess, the old tenant left food and garbage everywhere. No one checked that the apartment was clean and ready which they should if someone new is coming. I complained and I asked to be relocated via email and in person. The staff assured me after summer it was possible, when I called the manager was never there or in a meeting. This is a review of the Gramercy apartments at MHK. You might be tempted, as I was by the insanely low rent at MHK, with roommate matching service and seemingly nice amenities. Don't fall for it. I have been living independently for 5 years, and it was very clear that the staff assumed I was just another college-girl they could screw over who didn't have a clue how to fight for my tenant rights. Unless you want crumby service during your lease, to be ignored about concerns/questions, and have 90% of your deposit taken for illegitimate reasons, do not sign with them.
