I am a current resident of these apartments. I would not under any circumstances recommend living here to anyone, specifically a UNR student. Sandy the landlord will not sign your lease thus making it so there is no official record of where you are residing. She will loose your rent checks and then blame you for the mistake. The maintenance man will come in to your apartment with out prior notice (which is not legal) as will a cleaning crew that was not mentioned previously to the tenants.
