The staff at College Street Animal Hospital go above and beyond. My dog had an urgent health issue and I took a chance and walked in. Despite being a new patient at the clinic, they fit her in on the same day! Grateful to have them in my neighborhood
This place turned me and my 17 year old cat away, and took their time before helping me. The receptionist was on a personal call and when they finally told me that their one surgery room was occupied it had been 25 minutes. All they told me was that my cat was in a "concerning" state. They sent me to another emergency vet 45 minutes away. I drove with my poor innocent dying cat in 4pm Toronto traffic. When I got to the next vet, he died right in front of my eyes. Wonderful experience, they’re super helpful informative and kind.
My fur baby Bonecrusher had an incident during the night where she was limping and hiding, in visible pain and I could tell she was in serious pain, as soon as as her regular vet office opened I called to let them know I was bringing her in for her first ever emergency visit, that vet said they were booked for the next seven days and I’d have to wait.
