Made an appointment online yesterday. Provided ALL of my personal information to them only to receive the following text today, “Hello Allen, …We are sorry for any inconvenience but we are unable to accept any insurance and are self pay only at this time. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns.” I had even checked my provider before making the appointment to verify that this location is listed. Probably best to look around elsewhere to get an exam and then come to Costco to get glasses.

Dr.Benham and his staff are the best. Very short wait time. I had a complicated issue and he explained it to me until he was sure I understood the issue. Went above and beyond, triple checking before giving me a recommendation to a specialist. Will definitely be a lifetime patient
