You would think that a dentist office that offers emergency services would fit you in when you’re in an incredible amount of pain. Not this place. I tried to explain the extreme discomfort I was in, pain up to my temple and I can’t even swallow or talk without a sharp pain. It was severe enough to make me take off of work. They offered me an appointment on Monday and that was it. When I said that I need to be seen today, their response was to call their Bryan location who, big surprise, offered me an appointment for Monday. ... read more

HORRIBLE SCARY EXPERIENCE.. My appointment was at 3pm. They took me back at 3:45 not once told me they were running behind l, I needed two crowns. Once they were done with crown prep, they told me to re schedule. Knowing I couldn’t take any time off of work, I asked them to please give me my crowns. I didn’t leave the office until 7:20pm, everyone was Gone. I only got 1 crown, dentist couldn’t get the other on. I was having a panic attack. Very unprofessional and mad they had to stay late.
