Experience was fantastic. The entire staff at College Station Hyundai were excellent. Dylan Thomas was the service representative that handled the service visit, he was exceptional.
The online price was nowhere close to what was actually offered, unless you wanted a high interest rate financing — the whole time and experience felt like you were just trying to negotiate from getting screwed, where monthly amounts were the only thing negotiated (not all in costs) — and mandatory add ons like APEX and windshield protection coming in after a monthly “number” was negotiated. My visit to College Station Hyundai was straightforward. I told Eddie what my goals were and we looked at a couple of options settling on one that met my needs. There was no pressure, just friendly service!

WORST USED CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! USED CAR BUYERS BEWARE!!! Dishonest and Unprofessional Sales Team!!! FYI..Rated "F" at Better Business Bureau.. Look it up...Prly lowest in town... 2 Star on Yelp...Don't honor promises made...Drove 1 1/2 hrs. to see a used car only to find out $2,400 was added to the online price for APEX GPS theft tracking and windshield coating BS...RIPOFF!!!!
