Wonderful sales team and wonderful service team. Everyone is so friendly to me when I go in to either get car maintenances or looking to buy a new vehicle!
Overall, I am unhappy with the deal and service I got from a vehicle I recently purchased. We (my husband and I) ultimately ended up paying $6,000 more than we had anticipated for a vehicle that was supposed to be on sale per what we saw online. Part of the reason we ended paying so much more is that they tacked on an additional $3,600 in a protection plan that we did not want. Bait and switch by this dealer on Saturday, January 3, 2026. On January 2, 2026, found an ad on Autotrader for a vehicle they had. Used the online form to get confirmation they still had the vehicle. Received texts and calls from “Amanda” confirming they still had it. On January 3, Amanda called to confirm appointment. Having driven two hours to get there, was told “it was sold yesterday.” Did not have another one but they would find me one. Would not commit to honor the price from the Ad.
