I would give zero stars if I could. We purchased a Palisade in 2021. Over the last year or two it has been in the service department off and on for recall and warranty work. Most recently it has been in the service dept for a month and a half for work that takes less than a week. We can rarely get ahold of anyone to speak with for updates on the work. We first went to college station Hyundia about a month ago trying to buy a new car. We found one we loved and dealt with the usual slimy used car guy hustle. No real complaints there. They’re who they are. But what made this experience so terrible was after we made our purchase. Our sales man Tyler Cochran accidentally called us and went on to curse our names and say how annoying we were and that they didn’t make any money on the deal because I canceled the worthless extended warranty.
