Truly the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Zero communication skills, deceptive bait & switch practices and zero desire to help a customer - repeat or not. Save your time and go literally anywhere else!
They got us in right away, and got our Sante Fe back the same day. Had a recall they fixed. Eric is so polite and kind. Love this dealership!
I have never experienced the exceptional service we get at College Station Hyundai. They always above and beyond to make sure we got our oil changed quickly and they also washed and vacuumed our car. We were very impressed. Best dealership ever. Everyone was very professional and knowledgeable!
