My experience with College Station Ford started out well but quickly went downhill after the purchase of my Bronco Sport. Michelle Campbell, our sales rep, completely ghosted us after the sale. I had to call multiple times just to get the floor mats we were promised. Getting the window tinting that was part of the deal turned into a mess. I later found out the dealership would only cover two windows, not all of them as discussed. Excellent car buying experience. They listened and delivered on exactly what we wanted. This is our second purchase with College Station Ford. Benjamin (Ben) has been our sales rep both times and has done an excellent job! They had us in out within a hour and I don’t know about you but, I don’t want to spend all day at dealership.
