I had a wonderful car buying experience with Ben! I brought my car in to be serviced so I was merely checking on new Escapes to see what was in stock. Who knew that I would drive out a little while later with a brand new 2026 Ford Escape. Ben made the process very easy and was lovely to work with.
I call and hit 0 for the operator and it hangs up!
Everyone was polite and respectful . Easily walked me through the deal with transparency explaining everything. . I have shopped other dealers in my area. And they were better, shopping locally really was a wise decision Thank you Tyler and crew.
A pretty good experience but once the deal was done limited explanation on vehicle features prior to leaving
