This is the worst place ever. Every person who runs this apartment is horrible , rude and mean. I would not suggest anyone to live here. I regret why I decided to stay here
It's safe, secure, affordable and a rather nice place for a college student, newgrad, or a young professional worker that's just starting out on their own and wants to move out of their parent's house. The only real drawback to this place is that some people don't clean up after themselves in the shared/common kitchen areas. Otherwise, I like it.
This Company has some of the most rude management I have ever met. I would not recommend them to anyone. Find another apartment. There are plenty of low cost places for students to live in Rapid.
